There is no one type of skin that can get acne , people with all skin types can get acne from oily skin acne to dry skin acne there really is no difference in between the two when it comes to breakouts. Its a fact that acne affects dry skin as well as oily skin. The most common skin type is not the extreme dry or oily type, but combination skin.
It is always a good idea to consult your doctor or a dermatologist to get the best advice for your skin type and type of acne you are suffering from. Every one’s skin is different so when look for the best way to take care of your dry skin acne you must first do your research about what best suits your skin. It is very important to be aware when we use products such as skin cleansers and topical medication, take note of the side effects. Many of the single-use sterile pads have a lot of alcohol in them. The alcohol is there to kill germs and bacteria on your skin, but it can also cause excessive drying out. Alcohol and similar ingredients are good at removing oil that blocks your pore.
In order for us to treat dry skin acne it is best to watch what you use and aim for natural treatments where possible. Benzoyl Peroxide is a common over the counter treatment that you can get, but that will dry your skin out badly. Avoid it if you have dry skin acne and aim for more natural treatments instead. Exfoliation is a necessary part of treating acne so try to get that out of the way in the morning and only use a mild exfoliant, then apply cream moisturizer liberally afterwards ,not the waxy type of moisturizer that can clog pores.
